OLEDs in RGB Farben


Bei Materialien für organische Leuchtdioden (OLEDs) können wir auf langjährige Erfahrungen bei der Synthese, Charakterisierung und beim Test von Lochleitern, Elektronenleitern, emittierenden Farbstoffen und Matrixmaterialien für fluoreszierende und phosphoreszierende Emitter zurückgreifen.

Momentane Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind die Entwicklung neuer Matrixmaterialien für blaue und weiße OLEDs.

In einer speziell konzipierten Aufdampfanlage können wir die Materialien zu Bauelementen verarbeiten. Bei der Herstellung und Charakterisierung setzen wir häufig kombinatorische Techniken ein.
